Who we are and how Evotym started
Evotym was founded in 2020 by fintech professionals with over 10 years of hands-on experience in building and scaling tech businesses. From day one, our goal was clear: to help fast-growing companies build high-performing teams that drive real results, not just meet short-term hiring needs.
As our client base grew, one pattern became obvious: fintech companies didn’t need isolated hires, they needed complete, well-aligned teams that could scale with the business. By 2023, fintech became our core focus: we began delivering cross-functional teams for payments, crypto, and neobanks, supporting growth across multiple markets.
In 2024, we launched our executive search practice for high-stakes leadership roles and expanded our presence at major fintech events across Europe. That same year, Evotym’s founder, Anastasia Zencika, was named FinTech & Tech Talent CEO of the Year 2024 in Berlin.
